Rules for use of the tennis courts

Residents with bookings take precedence

Residents may book one court for one hour a day

If no-one shows up at the end of your hour, you may keep on playing

Residents are responsible for their guests

Children must be supervised

Residents may employ a personal tennis coach for private coaching sessions that take place within the resident’s booked timeslot. However no commercial coaching for groups or non residents is allowed

Anyone who breaks the rules may receive a breach of rules notice and may have their fob deactivated.

No dogs or other animals are allowed inside the tennis courts, excepting guide dogs and service dogs
Reporting a Problem with equipment
If you experience a problem with equipment contact More Than Strata at service@morethanstrata.com.au or contact your Community Association Representative with a description of the problem and an accompanying photograph.
Reporting a violation of the rules
All our facilities are protected by CCTV.

If you witness a violation of the rules contact More Than Strata at service@morethanstrata.com.au or contact your Community Association Representative with a description of what happened, the time and date of the occurrence and any other relevant details. Take a photo if relevant.
