Pool Rules
Rules for use of the pool
1
Residents use facilities at their own risk
2
Residents are responsible for their guests and children
3
Children under 16 are to be under the direct supervision of a person over 18.
4
Keep children under 5 within arm’s length at all times

Large aqua toys and surfboards are NOT ALLOWED. Small flotation devices and small plastic toys or balls are permitted
6
Don’t do anything that may be dangerous such as back flips or running on slippery tiles
7
Only appropriate swimwear is to be worn in the water – no underwear, shorts or t-shirts
8
Infants must wear recognised waterproof aqua nappies plus a tight-fitting swimming costume
9
No pets, parties, glass, food, alcohol or cigarettes
10
If you are found to break the rules, you will receive a breach of rules notice and may have your fob deactivated
11
Any sun lounges, chairs or other pool furniture that you bring with you into the pool area must be taken away with you when you leave
12
The cleaner will discard any items that are left in the pool area
13
Residents may employ a personal swim coach for private swimming lessons. However no commercial training sessions for groups or non residents, including aqua fitness classes, are allowed
14
No dogs or other animals are allowed inside the pool area, excepting guide dogs and service dogs
Reporting a Problem with equipment
If you experience a problem with equipment contact More Than Strata at service@morethanstrata.com.au or contact your Community Association Representative with a description of the problem and an accompanying photograph.
Reporting a violation of the rules
All our facilities are protected by CCTV.

If you witness a violation of the rules contact More Than Strata at service@morethanstrata.com.au or contact your Community Association Representative with a description of what happened, the time and date of the occurrence and any other relevant details. Take a photo if relevant.
