
Sauna Rules
Opening hours: 5.00 AM-9.00 PM every day
Bookings are not required
Access via fob
Turn on the heat using the button outside the door.
The sauna may take 15-20 minutes to heat up.
Rules for use of the sauna
1
Don’t use the sauna if you have a heart condition or are sick, intoxicated, pregnant or dehydrated
2
Wear swimmers and bring a towel to sit on
3
Enter and exit the sauna quickly as heat escapes if the door is open
4
Don’t talk too loudly or play music. Many people use the sauna to relax
5
Be considerate of others and make room for others

You can throw water on the sauna heater when it cools but ask others if it's ok. People have different heat tolerances

Do not attempt to alter the controls of the sauna

Bring a bottle of water but no food or other drinks
9
Don't stay in the sauna for more than 10-20 minutes

Rinse your seat after getting up by throwing some water on your seat

Children under the age of 16 may not use the sauna. Ages 16 – 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18

If you are found to break the rules, you will receive a breach of rules notice and may have your fob deactivated
Reporting a Problem with equipment
If you experience a problem with equipment contact More Than Strata at service@morethanstrata.com.au or contact your Community Association Representative with a description of the problem and an accompanying photograph.
Reporting a violation of the rules
All our facilities are protected by CCTV.

If you witness a violation of the rules contact More Than Strata at service@morethanstrata.com.au or contact your Community Association Representative with a description of what happened, the time and date of the occurrence and any other relevant details. Take a photo if relevant.
